Terms and Conditions of Participation and Payment

  • Your reservation comes into effect after sending the application and advance payment of the full workshop fee. Afterwards (within several days), you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • The participants are fully responsible for their participation. The organisers do not take any liability for any physical or mental harm and material damage (e.g. loss of tangible assets or valuables) which may occur during the workshop.
  • The programme is indicative, and the organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme. You will be informed promptly if anychanges occur.
  • Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start
    of the workshop, we will charge an administration fee of CZK 200 and send
    your payment back to your account. In case of cancellation less than 30 days
    before the start of the workshop, we will charge a fee of 40% of the advance
    payment. In case of cancellation less then 7 days before the workshop starts,
    your advance payment will be non-refundable. However, you can find a
    substitute for you.
  • Privacy policy: All personal data are used for our needs only. In no case will
    we provide them to the third parties.
